I live in Newark with my Partner Susie and her twin 15 year old boys Josh and Sam along with Eric and Lucy our boarder collies. I have served as a councillor for 12 years and have been an active member of the community working together to introduce campaigns such as “Report It” which helped bring down Anti Social Behaviour in the area, the “Cleaner, Safer Cleaner” Campaigns, “Operation Jericho” to tackle illegal off road bikes resulting in several bikes being taken off the road and crushed and I have also in the last 6 months been elected as the Deputy leader of NSDC, help set up a Neighbourhood Watch group and was involved in the decision to purchase the Butter Market to help drive the local economy.  I am also very passionate about our ex forces personnel and their families and am a Founder Member and Chairman of the Newark Patriotic Fund which is a registered charity that looks after our LOCAL injured service personnel and their families. Another passion of mine is dementia awareness. Having completed the Dementia Careers Course I am aware of the way this terrible illness impacts on families and I want to promote what help is available.

What will I do for you? As I am sure you are aware there are no guarantees in politics and to do so would either be disingenuous or at best naïve. What I can promise you however is that I will work hard on your behalf and represent you to the best of my ability. Together we can make our town an even better place to live, work and visit so that we are all proud to say where we live
